"Promos are decent, I guess?"
The coupons do help a bit, but lately they haven’t felt like much of a deal to me. Maybe I’m just being picky or expecting too much, but I’ve caught myself wondering if the promos are really worth it most of the time...

"Notifications are usually fine, thankfully"
I use Coupang Eats often, and to be fair, the notifications are usually on time. I normally get the order updates, rider nearby alerts, and delivery completed messages when I’m supposed to, which is the least I’d hope for.

There was one time the alert came late and I had already opened the app to check myself, which was a bit annoying, but not the end of the world. Overall, it works fine for me.

"Easy to use, especially at night"
It’s a simple app and it works fast. I can find food without having to click around a bunch, which I really like. The tracking is clear too, so I know what’s going on with my order. I mostly use it at night, and I haven’t had any problems ordering so far

I’ve used Coupang Eats a few times and the food usually arrives fine, so no big complaints there. The driver experience has been a little hit or miss though. One driver was really polite and called before getting there, but another just left my food outside without ringing. When I called to check, he sounded kind of annoyed, which made me feel a bit pressured, like I was bothering him even though I just wanted to find my order. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t great either. The service works, I just wish the drivers were a little more careful and nicer sometimes.

"Pretty fast most of the time"
I use Coupang Eats when I don’t feel like waiting around. Most of my orders show up quicker than I expect, even at dinner time. Had one order take longer and the tracking lagged a bit, but it’s usually solid. Not perfect, but faster than a lot of other apps I’ve tried.

"Pretty helpful for checking restaurant details"
I’ve used coupangeats.com a handful of times when trying to figure out where to order from, the restaurant info has been mostly spot on. The hours usually matched, and the menus were close to what the restaurants actually had. I only ran into one place that still had an old menu item listed, but aside from that, it saved me from just guessing or digging around everywhere. Definitely came in handy.

I was happy to see they’re finally covering my neighborhood. I’ve checked a few times before and couldn’t order, but now they deliver to almost everywhere around me, which has made things so much easier.

I did end up getting my refund after a few days, so that part was fine, but I’m still not totally sure why I had to contact support twice to get it moving. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of slow and a little confusing.

"Pretty good options, but not everything is always there"
I like the menu overall because there are plenty of good choices and I usually find something I want, but every now and then a few items aren’t available which is kind of disappointing when you already had your mind set on something.

I just used the free delivery again this week, and that’s what’s making the membership feel like a good deal for me. Seeing that delivery fee disappear on my recent orders has been really nice, and it already feels like it’s saving me money

"Payment options could be better"
The payment options are okay, but I wish there were a few more choices available. It’s not a huge deal, but it can be a little frustrating when your preferred method isn’t there. I really hope they add more options soon because it would make the whole experience feel so much easier.

I ordered from coupangeats.com and asked them to just leave it at the door because I was tied up and didn’t want to run out looking half-ready. The rider actually followed the note, dropped it off, sent a photo, and didn’t stand around calling me over and over. The food was still warm, and the bag was sealed too. It’s such a simple thing, but I really appreciate it when contactless delivery is done properly

I’ve been using it quite a bit, like, the payment part has been one of the easiest things about it. My card usually goes through really quickly, I haven’t noticed any weird double charges or anything like that so far, and the receipts show up pretty much right away. I did have one order get cancelled once, but the refund came back sooner than I thought it would, so yeah, overall it’s been solid for me.

Most of the coupon codes worked fine for me, though one of them needed a second try before it went through. Not a huge deal, but if they start being hit-or-miss too often, I’d probably just look for deals somewhere else.

My driver messaged me when they were nearby and also let me know the restaurant was running a little behind. I was kind of confused at first about whether the delay was on the restaurant or delivery side, but they explained it clearly. They found my place without any issue, the food showed up fine, and the communication made the whole thing way less stressful.

"Feels secure so far"
I’ve been using coupangeats.com for a bit now, i kind of assumed right away that the account security was decent because of the login alerts and verification steps. They don’t pop up in an annoying way, but they’re enough to make me feel like my account isn’t just sitting there unprotected when I’m ordering.
I changed my password once too, and it was straightforward. So far, no strange logins, no payment problems, nothing that made me worry. I’m quick to judge apps when something feels off, but this one has felt simple and secure without turning security into a whole hassle.

"Lots of options, almost too many sometimes"
I do like that a ton of restaurants show up near me, including smaller local places I probably wouldn’t have found otherwise. It definitely makes figuring out dinner easier, though sometimes there are so many choices that I end up scrolling longer than expected. Still, it’s nice having that many options.
